Created in 1968, the Japanese hand-pulled noodle restaurant named Ajisen Ramen is very popular in China. Since Ajisen Ramen opened its first store in Shanghai in 1998, 380 branches opened in mainland China, and 9 of them are located in the Hubei province. Ajisen Ramen restaurants are also to be found everywhere in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.
Dishes
You can eat many kinds of rice dishes, noodles, ice cream, sushi and appetizers of which the prices range from 5RMB to 36RMB. The most popular dish is the Ajisen hand-pulled noodle; you can choose spicy one (19yuan) or regular one (15yuan) with a half egg in it. Ajisen Ramen is also famous for its nutritious soup which is stewed with bones of pig and fish for hours so that the nutrients can be easily absorbed by human body.
Please note that the brand new salmon fish sushi dish is still not available in Wuhan.
